Onboarding Portal Help

Back to District Help

The Onboarding Portal is a checklist that walks a new district through getting set up in NazTrack. It appears in the gear menu, under Profile, for district administrators — and disappears once onboarding is marked complete.

Sections

Related setup tasks are organized into sections. Each step explains the action the district should complete.

NazTrack staff maintain the checklist as the application evolves, so the exact sections and steps shown may change over time.

Steps can contain sub-steps at any depth. Only steps without sub-steps have checkboxes; parent steps are completed automatically when all of their active sub-steps are finished.

An item is greyed out (locked) until the step it depends on is complete. Click a section's title to expand or collapse it.

Once every item in every section is checked, click Mark Onboarding Complete. This is permanent — the Onboarding Portal no longer appears in the gear menu for that district afterward.

Only users with district administrator access can see or use the Onboarding Portal.
